Customer is also provided with Cable Modem USB executable driver, for you to start the set up process. Simple steps are to be followed: After extracting the diver's file, just open the newly made folder for "Zoom 5241 USB driver" and run Setup.exe to start the installation. Then, follow the prompts on screen after running the setup. The driver works with Windows XP/ME/200/98/98SE and it is necessary to install the software first before the placing the modem hardware.
