Virgin Media Customers Offered Google Email Infrastructure

Virgin Media has surprised many by engaging Google for the Broadband ISP’s Email services. This partnership would enable around four million home broadband customers of Virgin Media UK ISP to enjoy enhanced Google infrastructure-based email services, which include mobile enabled email updates, advanced mail search, Virgin Media.com addresses of up to ten numbers and storage of 7GB.

Even then, the customers of the ISP will be wholly migrated to the fresh Google email service. The initial twenty thousand customers of the UK broadband ISP would be able to try out the fresh service from April 16th. However, a comprehensive roll out will follow shortly.

The new partnership etched out between the leading internet search engine and one of the most popular broadband service providers in Britain, is expected to do a world of good for the ISP, as well as its customers in the long run. This is all the more significant in today’s general scenario that most of the ISPs in the UK are not able to feasibly appease the customers’ problems, especially due to their incompetent customer service infrastructures.

Here, at least Virgin Media has got opened to a wide range of options pertaining to customer service with the vast scopes of the enhanced email infrastructure of  Google. As a matter of fact, a tie-up with the firm that has more vividly grasped the concept of messaging more than anyone else, is not that insignificant.
