UK ISP AAISP to Provide its Customers with Access to the Be Network

Be Broadband LogoInternet service provider of the United Kingdom, AAISP (Andrews and Arnold) is planning to provide its broadband customers with access to the network of Be Broadband, apart from BT’s. Previously, BT solely was playing the role of the wholesaler to AAISP for providing a good number of its customers with broadband internet access. BT broadband, in its turn providing the ISP with access through its 20CN and 21CN lines.

Those services were also not devoid of problems; nevertheless, AAISP has signed a fresh contract that permits it to use the relatively cheap unbundled broadband connections on O2‘s Be network as well as on Be Broadband’s exclusive network in the place of BT’s lines. AAISP thinks this change would work, looking into the fact that this move would place the ISP independent of the broadband lines routed by BT. Under the new scheme, the ISP would use every aspect ranging from the equipments in the exchanges to the link in to them, separate from BT.

However, the internet service provider is also well informed of the disadvantage that the network of BE may not be available from all exchanges. In spite of this demerit, AAISP believes that around 80 per cent of its customers could successfully make the switch.

AAISP revealed on its official blog that they planned to introduce an array of fresh broadband packages with the engagement of the new service in a very short time. AAISP is one internet service provider operating Britain that specialises in highly dependable business broadband connections. It also flaunts many multi-line broadband packages with a view to reduce the frequency of outage caused by line failure.
