Can I use this with my TiVo Series2?

If your TiVo has an open USB connector, you can absolutely use this product! You can locate your TiVo series number in the following ways:

• Onscreen under the TiVo messages and setup, system information and on TiVo central

• On the back of your TiVo DVR

• On the side of the shipping box at the lower base of the label

TiVo Version 7.1 or later software is required so make sure that you've enhanced your computer software before the installation process occurs! TiVo Wireless G USB Network Adapter does not work with 110, 130 or 140 Series I Models.

A no-brainer if you have a wireless b/g/n network plus TiVo series 2 & up: very easy to setup, no problem with WPA or WEP, good signal strength across home even for streaming audio plus standard-def video if you have TiVo setup.

Hooked it up to my TiVo Series 3 and during setup, I just entered my WEP security, information and the unit worked perfectly.
