SSE signs a deal with BT Wholesale

Scottish & Southern Energy (SSE) is all set to provide broadband and telephone services to its customers in the UK as BT Wholesale has agreed to offer its network for the next three years. SSE which has over 8.5 million customers across UK will be able to offer broadband and voice based services with the help of strong infrastructure provided BT Whole network. While the agreement will ease the financial burdens of SSE, it will also help SSE to provide better services. In other words, BT will help SSE to provide high-quality, integrated communications nationwide.

Itret Latif, the business manager of telecoms division, SSE said:
Scottish & Southern Energy (SSE) wanted a partner that could support us with the best suite of integrated communications services quickly, nationally and with minimal capital and operational risk."
