Sky launches a Six-month Free Broadband Package
Sky, the popular broadband internet service provider operating in the United Kingdom, has announced its offering a new broadband package for its customers that sign up to either a Sky+ box or Sky high definition deal on a twelve moth contract before February 5 2010.
It has also been announced by the leading broadband TV phone bundle provider in the country that alongside, free evening and weekend phone calls to United Kingdom landlines, and toll free calls to 0870, 01, 02 and 03 numbers would also be offered. The only condition here is that the calls should not exceed an hour.
However, the chief attractions of the fresh Sky broadband package is that it is an unlimited broadband deal and it offers remarkable access speed of up to 20Mbps.
has been further announced that the freshly launched deal would be opened to both existing and new customers of the Sky TV service, topped with an enticing discount of GBP 10 from the Sky TV bill for six months. The subscription amount to be paid monthly for this package would rise by GBP 10 after the completion of the introductory term of six months.
Sky UK ISP had only recently announced the launch of some HD dedicated channels on its TV service that already include Channel 215 (E4 HD) and Channel 345 (MGM HD), which takes the total number of high definition channels of the service to thirty seven.
