The PCX5000 wireless cable modem gateway is a major solution of Toshiba DSD’s for home networking problem. This is the company’s first cable modem and cordless router integration with Check Point Fire Wall-1 technology. It consisted of both wired and non-wired features of networking, with 802.11b and four 10/100 wireless interface. This permits customers the proficiency to bridge multiple PCs to the internet. The device provides safe protection software created by a Check Point company known as SofaWAre which gives internet security defense to clients using home networking, established on company standard Stateful Inspection mechanism and Check Point class enterprise.
