Orange tops YouGov Mobile Broadband Survey
The latest survey carried out by YouGov has rated Orange Mobile Broadband, the top mobile broadband provider for both reliability and customer service. The survey dubbed YouGov Dongle Tracker is one of the most reliable surveys carried out in the United Kingdom.
It is also worth noting that out of a total of fifteen categories, the mobile broadband service of Orange was rated top in seven by the responding customers and this included upload speeds and ease of use categories. This is the second consecutive quarter that Orange has come top.
Orange, one of the prominent five mobile broadband providers operating in the United Kingdom, which has been in the headlines for sometime now for its teaming up with T-Mobile to form the largest mobile operator in the UK, has claimed that it had the largest 3G network in Britain with coverage per centage of more than 93 per cent.
Meanwhile, Orange’s broadband and home director Asif Aziz has commented on the success that retaining their status of the best mobile broadband supplier in Britain was a remarkable accomplishment that hey were really proud of.
Aziz added that the win came as recognition for their robust focus on dedicated customer service and quality of network and it was their aim to capitalise on those, as well as the services and products offered by them with a view to ensure that their customers continued to benefit from a better quality consumer experience.
