Mobile Broadband a Blessing for Small Businesses
A fresh research that was launched by the prominent mobile broadband provider in the United Kingdom, O2, has revealed in its report that mobile internet broadband services was a remarkable service when it came to the context of productivity.
The findings of the recently carried out study also disclosed that almost half of small business firms in the United Kingdom felt that mobile broadband services had improved productivity considerably in the year 2009. The research particularly loaded the mobile broadband dongles and gadgets such as Apple iPhone mobile phone as blessings to small business firms.
Overall, forty four per cent of upcoming businesses stated that all kinds of mobile broadband internet devices have had a positive impact in the recent months, on their operations.
The research conducted by the leading mobile operator in the UK, also revealed that even amidst the year of the economic downturn, sixty five per cent of small business firms felt that investment in the advanced mobile broadband technologies was crucial besides having played a supporting role in pushing the business operations forward. It also ended up in enabling increased staff flexibility.
O2‘s small business marketing chief, Simon Devonshire said that the small enterprises had swiftly responded as well as capitalised on the technology benefits in the year 2009. He added that the best small enterprises knew the fact that cutting back on technology was just not an option, while numerous investment plans had taken a backseat in 2009.
