Free Laptop Connection Charges dropped by O2
One of the five leading mobile broadband providers functioning in the United Kingdom, O2 has recently dropped the connection charge from its mobile broadband free laptop bundle packages.
As a matter of fact, previously the customers of the internet service provider that signed up for certain free laptop mobile broadband packages were made to pay the connection charges to get their netbook or laptop. Nonetheless, the mobile broadband provider is currently offering both Samsung R519 and Asus 1005H free on either its 3GB or 10GB mobile broadband plans.
An ultraportable device, Asus 1005H netbook comes with a 100GB hard drive, a display of 10 inches and an integrated web camera. The O2 prices for this netbook offer starts from GBP 25 per month (3GB data allowance) to GBP 35 per month (10GB data allowance).
Meanwhile, the R519 laptop from Samsung, a full-sized model comes with a hard drive of 250GB, a display of 15 inches, a web camera and a DVD drive. The prices for this device in an O2 bundle are GBP 35 per month for the one with a 3GB data allowance and GBP 45 per month for the one with a 10GB data allowance. Both the plans include unlimited WiFi.
It is also worth noting that all the free laptop deals of O2 pack a Happiness Guarantee of 30 days that refer to free O2 techie access, in case the customer is not fully satisfied.
