Fibre Broadband turning out into an Election Issue

Broadband Turning a UK Election IssueA broadband market expert has boded that the rollout of next generation super fast fibre optic broadband across the United Kingdom was fast emerging an election issue as political parties in the country were gradually realising the significance of fibre optic broadband UK.

According to a technology correspondent at BBC News, Rory Cellan-Johns the issue of introducing next generation fibre optic broadband internet services across Britain was set to emerge a hot topic in the general election, which was almost due.

Cellan-Jones gave his explanation in a BBC News blog that in the recent times, both Conservatives and Labour parties were found highlighting their stances on the issue, which was attracting great attention, particularly in the rural areas where the service of the existing infrastructure was poor.

Cellan-Jones further said that some one greatly delighted by the breaking out of  such an argument was the campaigner group that stood for the rollout of superfast fibre optic broadband to every part of the United Kingdom, widely known as fibrenauts.

The BBC News correspondent added that candidates for the general election would now need to see where they stood on the next generation superfast broadband issue.
