EE added BBC iPlayer & Youtube on their Video Data Pass

One of the leading mobile operators in the UK – EE has recently informed that the customers of 4G/5G mobile networks can also now stream BBC iPlayer and YouTube on their Video Data Pass without disturbing their monthly data allowance.

Some few months back, EE has launched the Video Data Pass at an extra cost of £8.99 a month and now the customers can stream video contents of Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, MTV Play, BT Sport, BBC iPlayer, YouTube and TV Player, however it is available only for Pay Monthly plan customers. But under the new Smart Plans, it can be added as swappable benefits without extra cost.

The subscribers can get the Video Data Pass on 30 day rolling contract. Even in roaming in EU countries, you will get these services. But you cannot get access to or browse the content provider’s app. There is separate subscription to be made for each video streaming service to get the contents for accessing. The video passes will help in avoiding mobile data consumption.
