The online service, ‘Expert Advice’ aims at providing more information on the packages and hosting services via live chat, according to the report. This means, business customers can just visit the website of Eclipse to get advice and additional information that they would like to know about the services to make an informed decision. Eclipse helpdesk will respond to the queries made by the customers on the live chat. Along with live chat, Eclipse customers can also send their queries to the ISP via emails or talk with the customer service team.
