The leading fixed-line broadband supplier in the country is using the freshly launched hub to post videos pertaining to its services and products and to offer practical tips on vital technical
problems such as BT accounts set-up, wireless broadband connection set-up and broadband connection check.
Tips for setting up a BT Accelerator gadget, meant for enhancing broadband access speeds are offered through the latest video. Besides, the video also offers assistance for assembling fresh sockets with step-by-step instructions.
BTCare channel further offers notification on any fresh BT’s video upload to those customers that prefer this service. By this, as the customer subscribes to the BTCare channel and logs in to the website, the most recent videos appear. Moreover, BTCare has also unveiled the launch of a dedicated Twitter account.
It is understood that the freshly launched services – video tutorials – are useful to the general broadband internet consumers as well, although they give priority to the services of BT.
