The newspaper also reported that the internet service provider also secured three out of five marks in the value for money context, in spite of being relatively costlier than the deals of other broadband providers of the UK.

Apart from the best results, the total results of the survey also encourage many broadband suppliers of the country, such as Be Broadband, O2 and Utility Warehouse. All these ISPs fared reasonably well by scoring more than 80 per cent on average. However, the survey has been a disappointment for some of the main UK ISPs such as BT, Virgin Media, TalkTalk and Tiscali, with all these big names scoring below sixty percent on average.

The survey results were cited by the Telegraph in its report saying that for most of the members of Which?, the remarkable customer service, willingness to travel the extra mile to resolve issues, and reliability were worth paying more for. It also praised Zen Internet for the ISP’s not trying to tie its customers with longer contract. Zen is renowned for its one month broadband deals.

Zen Internet was launched in the United Kingdom in 1995. Besides, the North West Business of the year award, the broadband provider has received numerous awards over the recent years.
