For many businesses that use the VoIP products, a big issue has been laying in front of them for a long time. The cost and the quality of what these companies have to offer are big issues that these companies have.

A survey was done sometime this year that include more then 250 UK businesses has shown viewers that the biggest thing that appeals people to using VoIP services is the cost savings (53% of the participating companies in this survey selected that as their opinion).

The majority of the companies switched to voice over IP to save money and pull in the business benefits. By using VoIP, companies are by far making their customer service better and putting positive attitude towards flexible working, communication between companies and teleworking, however these were the other options in the survey that were less important for many business (that participated).

As far as technical issues and problems goes, security was not among the top issues for many companies, however, the quality of the service provided shown to be the most important concern for many companies across the United Kingdom. In the end, about 60% of the businesses are using all of the benefits to their fullest that they wished to have from using Voice over IP services.

The spokesman for the company which made this research said that do not refer to VoIP as a method to replace a normal phone console had the best results overall. In prior research, results have also shown that the savings that the companies have financially is one of, if not, the main reason why it is so attractive to many small and major companies across the UK.

In conclusion, it is found that VoIP is something that many companies use to have many benefits that include easier communication with other people to provide better customer service, easier communication with other companies, better quality services, and much more all at a fraction of the price that they were normally paying before they decided to switch to voice over IP services.
