As far as BT Global service is concerned, it bags this award (Best customer care) for the first time. Since, ten service providers compete for this award, we can say it is a great achievement by BT to win this coveted award.
It should be noted that BT recently issued wifi vouchers for international roaming and these vouchers can be used in Europe, the USA, Canada and Argentina. Recently, BT Openzone has also signed an agreement with FON to offer global wifi access to their customers via their hotspots present worldwide.
