Be Staffer secures Best Customer Service Person Award

One of the leading internet service providers operating in the United Kingdom, Be Broadband has been bestowed another honour last day as a support team staffer at the 60K International Contact Centre in Bulgaria secured the best customer support agent award at the Contact Center World Awards.

The accolade was conferred at an event staged by the website Contact Center World, in Las Vegas at the beginning of the New Year. The gold medal symbolising the covetous award was presented to Sam Filipov, the proud Be Broadband customer service team member.

An elated Filipov said that he along with all his colleagues at Be Broadband took pride in what they were doing, which helped them deliver tremendous customer support. He sounded quite humble as he added that they all were not only dedicated to their work but also were prepared to go the extra mile for making their customers happy.

Filipov also claimed that although he had won the award this year, it was not won by him for just himself, but for the whole Be Broadband team.

It is also worth mentioning here that the internet service provider that has been popular in the UK for its home broadband packages, has often top in many awards, alongside O2 UK, its parent firm. It was only recently picked by broadband comparison website, ISPreviews in their 2010 best UK ISPs article.
