Be launch free online gaming service

Be broadband provider has launched a new gaming service with an aim to provide enhanced online gaming experience to its customers. The new service called Be Mixes will allow Be broadband customers to access secure, fast and free game servers and play the popular online games like Counter Strike Source more competitively.

One of the major UK gaming websites, Enemy Down will provide the technical support to the UK ISP to launch this free online gaming service, according to the report.

Oli White, Head of Marketing at Be broadband said:
Online gaming can be a fantastic experience, with great players having closely fought matches on fast servers. But very often the reality is far from this, with half empty servers lagging, along with abusive or disruptive players. Even if you do find a good mixing server with plenty of players, some people will be joining then leaving three rounds later and ruining everyone’s day.”

He further said:
“A lot of Be members are gamers and we believe that secure, fast and free game servers should be available to all and, coupled with our excellent broadband service, this brand new Mixes system will give Be members the gaming experience they want.”

Be broadband currently offers three high speed broadband packages Be Value, Be Unlimited and Be Pro. Recently, Be announced a special offer for the new customers who sign up to Be Value broadband package. Monthly price for this package will be £8 per month for the rest of 2008, then the normal price of £14 a month will resume from January 1, 2009.
