BBC iPlayer was finally unveiled

The much awaited BBC’s iPlayer was finally unveiled and the internet users will be able to the watch or download BBC television programmes into their PCs for free from the last seven days.

The programmes can be downloaded after installing iPlayer Library in your PC and after viewing or after thirty days whichever precedes first, the programmes will be deleted as per the notification from BBC iPlayer Beta.

However, the customers who wish to join BBC iPlayer Beta, should have Windows-based PCs with minimum of 500 MB RAM and a fast internet connection. BBC’s iPlayer is still undergoing testing period and BBC is looking for improvements in the present iPlayer and as such it is not currently available for users of Apple Macintosh computers or Microsoft Windows Vista.
