Solwise 3.5G Mobile Wi-Fi Router
Solwise has come up with a Wi-Fi router that helps the broadband user who has decided on an exclusive mobile broadband serviceto share the network accessed by the person through his mobile broadband dongle, around his work place or home. It simply ensures that an ordinary mobile broadband customer does not miss on the other broadband trappings pertinent to the fixed broadband connections.
The Solwise 3.5G Mobile Router can be plugged to a power socket directly, apart from bearing a couple each USB and Ethernet ports on the underside of the device. All the customer needs as extra to connect it is a wall socket access with a clearance below of about two inches. The device’s USB port is ready now to accept the mobile broadband dongle connection.
Apart from functioning as a mobile broadband router, this contraption can be used for a range of other functions as well. It can be used as either a wireless or a wired router; all thanks to its Ethernet sockets. It can also offer a wireless way to access a wired network that exists, functioning as an access point. The user can also engage the USB ports of the device to plug it to other sharable resources such as printers and hard disks.
However, a negative aspect of this mobile router is that in spite of the advantage that it can be used as a comprehensive alternative to a wired internet connection, it is very much likely that the pertinent broadband service tends to trail behind in terms of reliability, speed and network coverage.
