		<description>I am becoming increasing disillusioned with BT and their pricing strategies.

I belive they are over-charging their long-standing customers (like myself) and I cannot seem to arrange a conversation with any of their so-called customer service people to discuss my grievances. Most of these people are foreign (who subsequently have no idea what the details of my grievances are).

I have a friend who is a customer of Virgin and he enjoys your whole package - TV, broadband, internet and much more, and I now realise what I am missing compared to the the substantial price I pay to BT.
