PlusNet Broadband Packages
PlusNet's latest product 'Broadband Your Way' is just that, offering something for everyone, with three options to choose from, or the chance of creating your own. All options come with up to 8Mb and give the freedom and flexibility of either a monthly or yearly contract. Customers choose their usage allowance (up to 30GB) and price ranging from £9.99 to £19.99. On top of the usage allowance, the overnight usage (midnight-8am) is free.
All Broadband Your Way Options come with free Broadband Phone (VoIP) calls, Broadband Firewall and virus protection. Free activation and wired or wireless router is available if you stay for 12 months (if you leave within 12 months, you are charged these full costs). Broadband Your Way will soon be adding a 'speed boost' tool, which will be similar to the BT Home Hub hardware and bundled BT Openzone WiFi minutes. PlusNet customers are rewarded for recommending PlusNet to their friends and family.
PlusNet also introduced a new package for online game lovers and regular VoIP users. This package, PlusNet Broadband Your Way Pro offers you free wireless router worth £50 with a 12 month contract. You get priortized data transfer even during the busiest hours, so your connection is always reliable and fast.
There are three business packages from Plusnet - Teleworker, Small Business and Business. Entry-level package Telework is quite suitable for connecting a single PC and doing all business online activities. Monthly prices are quite attractive, however, all business packages include £47 connection fee.
Recently, PlusNet has announced "Half price for three months" - discount on its Broadband Your Way Options when taken with home phone, either the evenings and weekends or anytime phone package (cheapest Home Phone starts from £9.99 a month including line rental and evening & weekend calls to UK landlines). This special offer ends on 31st August, 2008.
This offer applies to new customers and upgrades from dial on PlusNet only, and not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

PlusNet Option 4 caters all my broadband needs. There hadn't been a problem since the installation. Everything goes fine. I would recommend PlusNet to all home users.

With PlusNet package, I get free wi-fi minutes and free usage during nights. Instead of going slow, unlimited broadband packages, I chose a Plusnet package which did not disappoint me at all.

I like the free usage between 12 to 8am. Customer service and online help is quite outstanding. Recently, they have increased usage allowance. PlusNet is highly recommendable.

PlusNet is really good, and so far not disappointing to the extent that others would. After staying with Option 2 and recently, I upgraded to option 3 as my broadband needs are growing and found PlusNet is the best option. So far it is good, I would stay with PlusNet and I would like to pat their dedicated customer service team for wonderful service
