Terms and Conditions

1.      When fibre broadband customers order Home Phone-Line and Value Fibre or Extra Fibre within 27-02-2012, they get half price for first three months.

2.      To avail the offer. Customers must quote the offer code 'Fibre3' to place an order for service or when they call them.

3.      Customers won't be getting this offer clubbed with any other broadband service of Plusnet.

4.      Customers who are eligible to this offer are those living within the fibre-enabled network area.

5.      The discount is only on the initial fee on signing up for the fibre broadband product and for subsequent two months of subscription. Therafter the published fibre broadband service price must be paid.

6.      Fibre broadband is conditional to a minimum sign-up of 18 months period. Any customer opting to leave the service within 12 months is liable to pay the charges related to set-up and hardware cost (£50 for installation and £40 for the router).

7.      Plusnet offers the Line-Retal Saver where you pay for the whole year £113.88. This works out to a monthly Line-Rental equivalent to £9.49.

8.      Customers not opting for this Line-Rental Saver have to pay £12.49 as monthly payment for the Home Phone service.

9.      For a new Phone Line at your property, installation charges will be £49.99

10.  This offer cannot be clubbed with any other Plusnet offer.

14.  To get a connection a customer should have a Plusnet landline or any other landline which is BT based.

15.  A landline phone will cost approximately £9.49 per month on line rental and includes evening and weekend calls.

16.  40MB is the promised speed of the broadband connection but actual speeds may vary subject to many factors that includes home wiring, location, the time of the day and the phone line. When you check for availability, you will be provided the average speed estimates.

17.  A visit for installation by an engineer will cost approximately £50 for new customers, whereas existing customers will pay £25 only.

18.  You will be eligible for free installation if you avail a phone package or continue with the existing phone package for 12 months.

19.  Avail weekend and evening calls. This refers to calls made to UK landline numbers prefixed with 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870. Avail them from Monday to Friday between 07:00 PM & 07:00 AM but at any time during Saturdays and Sundays.

20.  Not included in this plan are Calls to dial-up internet connections and indirect access numbers.

21.  The 25% discounts on international calls are for USA, EU, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

22.  Cost of Plusnet Fibre calls and broadband is £10.74 per month for first 3 months and thereafter £21.49 per month.
