Lincoln to have Comprehensive Wi-Fi Coverage
The service that is extended will be used by the authorities such as the Police and CCTV, residents and businesses. The residents who would like to access the new wireless broadband service are required to remit a small fee of GBP 2 a day. However, another option offered is that anyone could access the service for free, albeit for 15 minutes. Neil Tucker, the new board member of AB Internet said on the fresh turn out that he was really pleased to join the ISP at this stage of its development, as the demand for an access to the wireless internet has exploded in the metropolitan circles. He added that the ISP was operating the maiden 'wireless cities' in the United Kingdom.
Lincoln, a city in the United Kingdom, has struck a partnership with a UK broadband service provider with a view to see the entire city being covered by Wi-Fi wireless broadband network access. The new wireless broadband focussed partnership between the city and the ISP will see the latter extend its initial City Centre to realise the objective.
