Virgin media tops all the broadband tests

With regard to accessibility and ease of use, Virgin media is considered to be one of the top mobile broadband providers. In the consumer magazine Which? mobile services of Virgin Media appeared as the most user friendly one. It had pushed back providers like O2, Orange, T-Mobile and Vodafone, whereas, T mobile was titled as the fastest broadband provider in the country. What impressed the customers the most is the Virgin media’s straightforward setup procedure and useful help documents. Companies managing director of mobile Graeme Oxby, opened up on the event of company’s recognition as the best broadband for customer service. The company had left behind O2 and he welcomed the results of the test. He added that it is a fantastic moment for the company to receive such acclaim.



The company had tried to offer mobile broadband product that goes well with the fibre-optic and ADSL which was provided and thereby was able to ensure high standards of usability, simplicity and service.



The results came as a testament to the "quality and value", he added. The results of this followed the same track of the survey by YouGov, and then T-Mobile was considered as the most consistent and dependable UK broadband provider. The polls were carried on among 2000 users and T-mobile was ranked first across nine out of 13 categories, including customer satisfaction, value for money, download and upload speeds and reliability during the day.



Richard Warmsley, Head of internet and entertainment at the company said that he was pleased for the company achievement as being top rated for value for money, which proved as key factor for customers of today.
