Virgin Media takes full advantage of Convergys’ offerings

Virgin Media, the entertainment and communication company based at the UK has made use of ICOMS cable, broadband and satellite offering of Convergys in tracking the customer devices.
The automated inventory creation processes of ICOMS helps in the reduction of IT support, elimination of physical interferences etc.

Automation of collection, validation, transformation and delivery of asset tracking files are possible with the offering of ICOMS, which will ensure considerable cost reduction. .

ICOMS can help Virgin Media in reducing its inventory and thereby reduction in storage space, both of which will further result in saving of cost.

Maurice Daw of Virgin Media is thankful to Convergys for transforming its logistics operations and combining about 20 different systems into a single offering. Most of the Virgin Media customers in the UK are substantially benefited on account of this.

Daw also said that the Convergys staff worked as a well-knit team and cooperated well with Virgin Media staff. This enabled in making a tough job look easy.
