Virgin Media offers cashback with broadband bundles
The new ‘online’ subscribers of ‘Virgin Media’ can avail a discount of GBP 60 if they opt for any of the triple-play broadband packages, which include broadband, TV and phone connections. This is besides the present ‘free connection’ and ‘half rate for six months’ attractions the current customers are enjoying. At the outset, the user has to pay GBP 20 per month (only GBP 10 for the first six month) for 10 Mb downloads 65 TV channels and unlimited calls during weekends. If they pay GBP 5 more every month, he can avail 30 Mb apart from 65 TV channels and unlimited weekend calls. At GBP 26 per month (GBP 13 for the initial six months), the user can enjoy 10 Mb broadband, 100 TV channels and free weekend calls. Payment GBP 31.50 (discounted rate of GBP 15.75 for half a year) per month will enable the user to get 50 Mb downloads, 65 digital TV channels and free weekend calls. The discount of GBP 60 is also available if the user registers for broadband, TV channels and phone calls with a “TiVo On Demand” box, which will enable him to avail the TV facility at his choice. Paying GBP 23 every month (GBP 13 during the first six months) makes the user eligible for 10 Mb broadband, free weekend calls, 65 TV channels and a 500 GB TiVo box. Paying GBP 36 a month (GBP 32.75 for the initial six months) 160 digital channels can be got. Ti Vo box will involve one-off activation fee. There is one more offer, which is the ‘VIP bunch’. With a monthly payment of GBP 87.56 (GBP 62.81 during the initial six months) the user can have 50 Mb broadband, 160 TV channels, unlimited calls, Sky Movies, Sky Sports, a TiVo box or V+ HD and also an extra V HD box. Interestingly the VIP subscribers have to pay a mere GBP 2.81 for the initial month considering the reduction of GBP 60.
