Virgin Media has started an online support program designed especially for those consumers who desire to know more about the speed enhancement that is offered by the firm.

In the beginning of this year, the broadband service provider disclosed plans to increase the download speeds by double for four million customers without any additional charge or fee.

In the month of March the upgrade process will start which is planned to take the duration 18 months. This upgrade will enable the many customers to access the speed of about 120Mb.

Though some consumers have approached the enterprise seeking more clarity on whenever they are probably to receive benefit from the network expense.

This week, On the Twitter account the enterprise claimed that the double download speeds are on its way, mentioning that the customers can utilizes its postcode checker in order to determine the schedule for upgrade.

The enterprise has designed a live support session on the social networking site Facebook to help its subscribers. Yesterday the customers were given the chance to directly contact Mr. Billy Whizz who is the virgin media speed expert in the evening at 6 pm to know more about the offered upgraded downloaded speed.
