Ashford all set for Virgin
After upgrading its Broadband package size L to 20Mb broadband service, now Virgin Media is further set to continue to test its 50Mb broadband connections in selected places in the UK. The customers living in these three chosen places Ashford, Folkestone or Dover will be able to access the trial high speed broadband after signing up for the service with a fee of £47 a month. Virgin Media commenced the 50 Mbps service in Folkestone and the trial period will be over by the first week of October. Ashford was next to experience the high speed broadband and the trial service will start on 1st of October and will continue till the end of December. If you live in Dover, you need to wait till the first week of October. Although Virgin Media has not announced the price of the trial services, you need to pay £47 a month till the end of trial period. After the expiry of 50 Mbps trial service, you will not be bound to any contract or continue with the service. Those who are already any Virgin Media package can resume using their usual package.
