Virgin Media aims to dominate the field of broadband services
Virgin Media, the reputed internet service provider, has introduced some new network bundles for the business establishments in the UK.
Currently, its competitors like ‘BT’, ‘Cable & Wireless’ etc are far ahead of it in the corporate broadband connection sales. Virgin Media wants to put an end to the rival’s domination with the introduction of the new services.
Its package includes unhindered bandwidth at fixed prices. That will eliminate the need for upgrading the network depending upon the needs from time to time, reports Reuters.
Virgin Media, known for home broadband, mobile and TV services, has announced that its new offers will be at constant speeds and at fixed price. That will be satisfactory both for the users and the provider.
Virgin Media informed that the introduction of the new deal was based on research done on the organisations which needed periodic up gradation depending on the needs.
As network usage by employees increases and as more and more devices for data are flooding the market, companies are bound to expect rise in cost.
According to Mark Heraghty, the managing director of ‘Virgin Media Business’, it is assumed that the users try to plan their capacity based on the future requirements and they modify their cost position accordingly.
