Supply of Broadband Connectivity by Virgin Media Was Disrupted For Three Hours

The company also stated that if any of its users were still having problems getting reconnected to the Internet, they should try to switch off the power to the router, switch it on again after five minutes. Virgin Media also expressed regret for any difficulties that were caused by the breakdown.
