New roaming data usage rules for Three mobile broadband customers
The UK Mobile Broadband provider, Three (3) has announced that its mobile broadband customers cannot get the international roaming data usage as included in their packages, using non three mobile broadband service, according to a report.
To get roaming data usage when they travel abroad, Three mobile customers will now need to contact Three mobile operator. Three made this decision on the wake of raising roaming data bills. As some of the customers think that they can use the regular data usage allowance while roaming, which is indeed incorrect, this step will help the customers to know all the information over roaming charges when they contact their mobile operator. It should be noted that one of Vodafone’s mobile customers received a £31,500 bill, recently, as he thought he could carry over his usage allowance while he was traveling abroad.
Currently, the mobile operators provide the information on roaming charges and restrictions only in small print. Many customers fail to make notice of this vital information which will indeed help them to take precautions and save a great deal of money too.
