TalkTalk wants to get the label of 'safest' broadband provider in the UK
Dido Harding, Chief Executive of TalkTalk has announced the company’s intentions of becoming the safest broadband provider in the UK. The leading service provider is committed to offering better services and packages to its customers. With this new initiative, it aims at providing its customers with a safe and secure experience. It has recognized the importance of safety and now the firm wants to become the safest provider in the UK. By signing up to a Code of Practice on parental controls, the firm has gone further beyond its pledge. Along with TalkTalk, broadband providers like BT, Sky and Virgin Media have decided to encourage use of network level parental controls and other defense mechanisms to its customers at their broadband deal registration. Network level parental controls from TalkTalk provide excellent protection to all the devices making user of the home connection. TalkTalk is the alone provider to offer such service. HomeSafe tool is offered to the TalkTalk customers free of cost. This means, home customers can set-up a secure network without paying anything. Safe and affordable, this service becomes accessible for all. The provider has introduced the security hub, some time back. This service offers expert advices and guidance to customers on different internet safety issues and directs them to related organizations for help. Company has decided to work with parenting organizations, government and children's charities to extend high-class guidance and help to customers regarding internet safety.
