Greystone Telecom acquired by TalkTalk

Greystone Telecom, a Cheshire-based firm has been acquired by TalkTalk. By paying a certain amount of fee, TalkTalk business has finished the acquisition process. Greystone Telecom has been a long-term channel partner of TalkTalk and has maintained a good long relationship.

Paul Lawton. TalkTalk Business Managing Director said that they agreed to acquire the company and to provide a good support for customers and channel partners of Greystone. Both partners and customers will be served by TalkTalk’s extensive range of next-generation network services, he assured.

Max and Judy Morrison owners of Greystone Telecom said that selling the firm to TalkTalk Business was a likely choice. They described the broadband provider’s commitment and support as "unsurpassed".
