T-Mobile broadband survey indicates growth in mobile broadband

The latest research report from T-Mobile broadband provider shows that the number of mobile broadband customers in the UK has been significantly increasing in recent times. The study shows that nearly half of the (44%) the respondents have expressed their desire to go online from any location in country using mobile broadband and the laptops instead of being tied up by traditional mode of ADSL broadband access.


As for the places that they prefer to use for internet access outdoor, the beach came second with 20 percent of the internet users preferred beach as the most favourite spot.


Richard Warmsley of T-Mobile said that mobile broadband has reached a tipping point and is now hitting the mainstream. Further, he said that the results of the latest survey conducted by the ISP points out a huge shift in consumer opinion around broadband services.


Currently, T-Mobile offers various mobile broadband packages that come with 12 and 24 month contract and offer free USB modem stick or USB modem when the new customers sign up for a full length contract.


Meanwhile, the Carphone Warehouse has announced free Acer laptop offer with T-Mobile broadband plus (24 month contract).
