Sky Sports offered in 'flash sale' to customers by Sky

Sky Sports coverage of the Premier League has long been a cornerstone of its pay TV service. With the new season starting off, Sky has decided to extend a 'flash sale' for its existing customers who are football lovers. Starting from 7th August (Friday) from 4:30pm, the broadcaster has extended a 'flash sale' to existing Sky subscribers who upgrade their package to Sky Sports online, that will get them a bill credit of £30, which will be activated 7 days after Sky Sports is activated. The offer is up to 9:00am of 11th August (Tuesday). Those Sky viewers taking up the offer can enjoy the beginning of the new football season. Among others, they would also be able to see interesting cricket too via the Ashes Test Series.

Sky has also confirmed the exclusive broadcast of La Liga, the strongest league in Europe, for the next 4 seasons. This deal is a steal as they compete with BT, which already has exclusive coverage of the UEFA Champions League. Considering the fact that Sky has offered 3 months of Sky Sports for £10 in July, this is not the first 'flash sale' being offered by the broadcaster to its sports-loving customers.
