PlusNet releases Broadband Fault Handling Survey

Plusnet broadband provider has released the results of its quarterly broadband fault handling survey. According to the survey, 75% of customers reported average kind of fault related support experience while majority of the customers (56%) expressed that they were very satisfied with the support experience.
 
About one-fourths of the customers expressed that the ISP was at a loss to understand their problems.
While comparing the latest quarterly results with the previous quarter results, there was not much visible change to notice. The detailed survey is given below:

Comparison

67% of the customers were not aware that the ISP can offer an SMS text update to their fault. While it was 58% in the previous quarter.

31% of the customers were not aware of the 0808 free dial-up connection as against 36% of the previous quarter.

75% of the customers rated the experience as above average while it was 74 % in the previous quarter.

56% of the customers were extremely,or very satisfied with the experience as against 57 % of the previous quarter.

25% of the customers felt that the ISP did not understand their problem very well. In the previous quarter, the same number of customers reported this problem.
