Home and Phone Call Centre Enhancements to be Launched by Plusnet

There have been many developments in the customer service number of Plusnet. The company has revealed that they are bringing about many changes for the better, of its broadband and home phone support services in an attempt to strengthen it customer relations.

One of the improvements is a new greeting message, and also an arrangement that determines the number the call is being made from and helps to get account details of that client.

Joanne Pilson of Plusnet elucidated that on the basis of the position of the account, the call can then be redirected through the proper channel. This would imply that in case a customer account has not yet been activated, the customer will by default be redirected to the order updates department, whereas a consumer who has called to register a complaint would be directed to the troubleshooting section.

Ms. Pilson while describing the necessity for these alterations stated that they wished to improve by ensuring that the client is able to contact the right person to deal with, no matter what the problem, in his very first call itself. She said that they were all aware of the annoyance one experiences when being tossed from pillar to post.

This announcement was made soon after the company substituted their 0845 help line number with the 0345 version that is similar in cost to a normal landline to call from mobile phones.
