Pipex apologises for broadband network error

Pipex, the broadband provider expressed its regret yesterday for an undefined broadband network problem that affected the customers of Pipex last week. 

Spokesperson of Pipex told that a very petite number of UK Pipex customers got affected by the network error last week and that they sincerely apologize for the trouble. Though the problem has been resolved now, the complaints form the customers is been flooding in many websites over past few weeks, regarding the low speed broadband. In some cases the problem persists more than a week. The complaint also include cases about hapless customer service as customers looked for clarification on the situation.

Speculation on Pipex review section on sites indicate towards server migration, possibly taking customers into a new owner, own broadband infrastructure of TalkTalk.
