Orange fixes connection problems
The customers of Orange have been experiencing serious mobile broadband connection problems for the past few days. Some users happened to experience browsing slow-downs and in some cases, a complete failure of the service.
Orange admitted that there was a problem and apologized, although it seems that the company has resolved the issue by the tweet that Orange made - “Further to some data access problems witnessed on our network yesterday, we can confirm that normal service has been fully restored”.
Orange said that the outage was because of an unusual software issue with a hardware failure, both occurring at the same time.
The company has promised that it will continue to keep track of the network performance closely.
