EE: Cash on Tap app now available on more smartphones

Cash on Tap, a contactless payment app will now be available on more smartphones such as Sony Xperia Z1 and Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, Note 2 and Note3. EE in partnership with MasterCard launched this mobile payment service. This app allows users to make payments using mobile phones. The service will be available as long as the users are in EE’s super fast 4G network. Cash on Tap was earlier available on Sony Xperia SP and Samsung Galaxy S4, S3 LTE handsets.

You can make payments for less than £20 at more than 230,000 participating outlets in the UK including McDonald's, Pret A Manger, Caffe Nero and Greggs Cash on Tap using this app. It can be downloaded for free from the Google Play store. More and more handsets will be made compatible to this app so that even more EE customers start using this service, said the Director of Propositions at EE.
