Livingbridge acquired ISP FluidOne

Recently Livingbridge has acquired the UK ISP FluidOne for an amount not disclosed. FluidOne is London based and expertise in providing communications service integrators with their best quality connectivity solutions to their customers. Rigby Group plc is the parent company of FluidOne. Livingbridge is an independent mid market private equity firm based in the UK, Australia and the US. The firm has been making investments in the sectors of Healthcare & Education, Services, Consumer and TMT and they have strongly built up their expertise.

FluidOne offers various high quality data connectivity services to the business in the UK in various sectors. They help their customers to get connectivity of any business related data and applications more secure using their unique technology platform. FluidOne was formed in 2006 and has been managed by the management team with CEO Russell Horton, CFO Hemant Patel and COO & Co-founder Chris Rogers and built their strong financial growth from its inception.

The current acquisition is based on Livingbridge’s previous experience in the connectivity sector such as investments in M247, Southern Communications and Onyx. As the market for network connectivity via Cloud, IoT and Mobile is growing day by day, it is for sure that FluidOne will get great opportunity to have good market share along with the support of Livingbridge. Deloitte Corporate Finance acted as lead advisor and Gowling WLG provided legal advice for this acquisition deal to Rigby Group.

Hence it will be supportive for them the help of Livingbridge as they are expecting to get various opportunities and develop a strong M&A in this growing market.
