Which? Recommended List topped by Zen and O2

Zen Internet, one of the popular internet service providers operating in the United Kingdom has secured the covetous award of the Ecommended Broadband Provider by Which? UK magazine. Most of the magazine's primary satisfaction tables were topped by Zen Internet for the seventh consecutive year.

To be preciser, five stars for internet access speeds and reliability and four stars for customer back-up were picked by Zen Internet. Unfortunately, it could only secure three stars for value for money, although this was hardly enough to undo their place.

The second and third place in the Which? award were secured by O2 UK and its arm Be Broadband UK respectively.

The poll itself had been based on an internet-based study of approximately ten thousand members of the magazine. Here the customer satisfaction score was based on the total satisfaction and the customers' likelihood to recommend the provider to a friend.

The table also inlude Utility Warehouse at the 4th place, KCOM ISP at 5th, Plusnet at 6th, Greenbee at 7th, Post Office at 8th, Virgin Media at 9th and Sky Broadband at the 10th position.
