Wednesday, October 28th 2009

O2 LogoA new on website set up service and a helpline for small business customers is going to be launched by the popular mobile and fixed-line broadband provider in the United Kingdom, O2. The company will take over technical services on matters related to the laptops, broadband and phones of the clients.

Apart from this, the customers of the internet service provider will be provided with access to helpline that is dedicated for ongoing back up.

This one time payment service will train the employees to make sure that they knew how to operate the technology correctly. O2's chief of small business marketing has claimed that O2 has set an other precedent by helping its clients conveniently run their business by leaving the task of installing and maintaining technology to them.

O2 has also launched a new communication platform to its clients those who engaged in both small and large scale businesses, a year ago. With this joined up service the clients are enabled to outsource telecoms, consultancy and IT to one agency.
