O2 and Be named Best Broadband Providers

A survey carried out last day participating more than 11,000 broadband consumers in the United Kingdom has reportedly named the two telecommunications service providers operating in the country, O2 Broadband and Be Broadband as the best broadband providers.

The relevant survey conducted by the popular broadband comparison website, Broadband Choices UK, named the relatively insignificant Be Broadband and novice, O2 Broadband as the services most liked by their customers.

The survey being carried out annually by the website, aims at finding out what the consumers thought of their received service in reality, across various categories such as speed, customer service, reliability and value for money.

The website said that its 2011 results revealed the fact that niche broadband firms were pulling ahead of the major suppliers in maintaining their customers happy. Nevertheless, the figures also did not say that it was all gloom and doom for the major providers that managed to glean more than fifteen awards between them.

Back to the survey, the show was stolen by Be Broadband almost comprehensively by winning five out of six crucial satisfaction categories, while it close competitor, O2 Broadband claimed the crown for bundled telecommunications services, topping in all categories.
