Revenue from advertising through broadband-enabled mobile devices increase Two-fold

Gartner has reported that the first quarter of 2011 saw the sale of 428 mobile communication devices universally. The figure could have reached almost 500 million but for the decision of certain reputed sellers to postpone the introduction of their new devices to the end of the year. Gartner forecasts that the value of advertising to mobile devices through broadband is set to increase from tremendously in 2011. The highest contribution to this is from search and maps followed by audio and video advertisements. Recovery of the global economy from recession is considered to be the main cause of this increase. Yet another cause is the sale of broadband enabled mobile devices.
