It has been reported that a new Apple iPhone 5G is waiting on its wings to being introduced in Australia. It is anticipated that the fifth generation device from Apple would be much faster than the current version, besides offering a fresh suite of software as well as potential Long Term Evolution capability.

The new device is understood to have been developed of one of the prominent broadband networks operating in the United States of America, the Verizon network. It is worth noting that although as of now only AT &T has been chosen by Apple to sell its products, the increased competition in the sector has forced the company to add Verizon to its sales network as well.

According to ther claims of an Apple insider, but for the exception of Qualcomm chipsets that would be replacing the iPhone 4's Infineon chipsets, the company would be sticking to the same providers for the 1Phone 5G 2011 components that include a fresh kind of aluminium, a 1.2GHz processor, better battery life, and a larger 3.7 inch display in the place of the 4G's 3.5 inch screen.

Meanwhile, TechRadar in the United Kingdom has been speculating that the fresh Apple 5G iPhone specifications may include Near Field Communication technology and a digital wallet potential of converting the phone into a sort of debit/credit card.

According to another analyst, Long Term Evolution technology would be supported by the new iPhone 5G that would be perfect for mobile networks such as Optus and Telstra that are testing the state of the art mobile technology at present in Australia.
