As per ‘ABI Research’ even small establishments are benefited by the opportunities brought out by the latest broadband enabled mobile services. After the study of ‘Mobile Enterprise Applications for Smartphones and Media Tablets’, the analyst highlights the manner in which even the smallest companies can access their customers through mobile broadband services. It has been noticed that in comparison with ‘business to enterprise’ (B2E) software, ‘business to consumer’ (B2C) applications are more widely used at present. Dan Shey, enterprise practice director, is unable to understand why majority of the companies fail to provide B2C smartphone or tablet applications to the clients irrespective of how big or small their company may be.
