KCOM Internet, the renowned ISP in the UK is now offering online ordering system to attract its customers. They are all set to bring new changed to their reseller offering. Online ordering system will accelerate and simplify DSL broadband provisioning. It will also cut down the installation cost on Business FTTC offered on 12 month contracts. These charges are part of their success in the last 6 months.

The ISP is now all set to offer better value products and improved support to resellers in the UK. KCOM Internet’s Head of Channel Sales Henry West noted that fibre-based broadband is a good opportunity for resellers. They need to offer FTTC rollouts to place where there has never been a service. Their Bonded DSL that combines multiple DSL connections to offer FTTC-like broadband solutions is very popular. He asks the resellers to cater to the cramped demand in the country. KCOM has been able to withstand the touch market situations due to its dominance in fault-avoidance and average broadband speed. It has offered great improvements in its reseller resources and partner portal.

When compared to other BT Wholesale partner, KCOM offers 18% less faults. Currently, it offers high speed broadband services and is the second provider in the UK to offer super fast broadband.
